Israeli aircraft struck buildings in central Beirut on Wednesday and killed at least 12 people. The attacks hit neighborhoods in Zuqaq al-Blat and Basta.
Lebanese health officials reported 41 others wounded from the strikes.
Al Manar TV said the dead included Mohammad Sherri, who directed political programmes for the station run by Hezbollah terrorists, along with his wife.
Authorities gave no warning before the latest raid in one area.
Israeli forces said they targeted sites used by Hezbollah terrorists.
The strikes also destroyed a building in Bashoura.
Emergency workers cleared debris from streets and apartments there.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces hit other parts of Lebanon.
They killed two people in Sidon, including a rescuer from civil defence.
Officials recorded four deaths in Baalbek and three more in Habboush.
In addition, the military announced plans to strike bridges and crossings over the Litani River.
The move aims to block reinforcements and weapons for Hezbollah terrorists.
Israeli officials issued evacuation orders for parts of Tyre and surrounding areas earlier.
Lebanese authorities said the conflict has killed at least 912 people since March 2.
More than one million people have registered as displaced during the same period.
Hezbollah terrorists launched rockets into Israel that day after the killing of Iran’s supreme leader.
Israeli troops also operate along the border with Lebanon and continue ground operations in the south.
