Armed groups fired on UN peacekeepers in three separate incidents in southern Lebanon on Sunday, the UN force said.
The attacks took place as troops carried out routine patrols near bases in Yatar, Dayr Kifa and Qallawiyah.
In Yatar the shots landed within five metres of the peacekeepers.
Fire came from about 100 metres away in one case and 200 metres in the other.
Two patrols returned fire in self-defence.
After the brief exchanges the teams resumed their planned activities.
No one suffered injury.
The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, known as UNIFIL, said non-state armed groups carried out the attacks.
It noted that targeting personnel on Security Council duties breaks international rules and resolution 1701.
This follows another gunfire incident at a UN position in the south two days earlier.
The events come as clashes continue along the Lebanon-Israel border.
UNIFIL keeps watch over the area with more than 13,000 troops from dozens of countries.
The force called for all sides to respect peacekeeper safety so operations can continue without risk.
